Hi George, The house looks nice. It looks larger than the house in Florida. You have plenty of space around you, however it appears you will have to do a little landscaping. This will give you something to do in your spare time. The indoor pictures are not a good advertisement for your photo business. They needed a flash but you can fix them in photoshop.
